This is Oak Hills Golf Club, located in Columbia, South Carolina. April 19, 2026. A sunny day with the sun peeking through the clouds and a gentle breeze. My first-ever hole-in-one came on the 7th hole, a par-3 at 165 yards. The 7th hole features the most beautiful scenery on this golf course, situated alongside a large lake. I used a 5-iron to cut across the lake, tracing a beautiful curve as I landed the ball on the green. After two or three bounces, the ball rolled forward, and my heart raced as I watched it sink precisely into the hole, just as if I had putted it. I stepped onto the green, lifted the ball from the hole, and let out a cheer. I still can't believe it.
